Vanessa’s career started at Arc coming straight from University. She came armed with a wealth of Retailer experience from an impressive 6 year run at Target.
Vanessa has developed an in-depth knowledge of shopper and retail campaigns which she competently manages the roll out requirements for Sanofi & Campbell Arnott’s. Now with 18 months agency experience, Vanessa has a meticulous eye for detail and quality control making sure all campaigns are delivered to a high standard. In doing so she has set the bar within the Agency for the ‘Best Brief to Studio’.

Aaron’s creative journey working across Europe, North Africa and Australia has allowed him unsurpassed growth as a dedicated, highly motivated and experienced designer.
He delivers conceptual thinking across a wide range of channels, including brand activations, promotions, experiential ideas, digital, social and shopper marketing. He is also experienced in teaching skills to other designers and supervising teams across projects, overseeing all aspects of Arc’s studio, print production and digital processes, including final art, retouching, finishing and 3D modelling including in store display renders.
